Article Processing Charges
Article Processing Charges (APC)
The International Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Social Sciences and Humanities (IJAISSH) is a fully open-access journal. To cover the costs of peer review management, copyediting, typesetting, digital archiving, and online hosting, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) is levied upon acceptance of a manuscript. There is no submission fee.

Additional Author Charge
For manuscripts with more than one author, an additional charge of $5 / €5 / ₹500 per additional author applies.

- Professional copyediting and proofreading
- Typesetting and layout formatting
- DOI assignment and Crossref registration
- Digital archiving and long-term preservation
- Open-access hosting and server infrastructure
- Certificate of Publication for corresponding author
Payment Methods
Payment can be made via any of the following methods. Instructions are sent to the corresponding author upon acceptance.
- Razorpay (Online — Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets) — preferred for quick processing
- Bank Transfer (details provided upon acceptance)
- PayPal
- UPI / NEFT / IMPS (for Indian authors — also available through Razorpay)
Secure Online Payment: We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant and encrypted via TLS. You will receive a payment confirmation and receipt by email.
Payment instructions are sent to the corresponding author upon acceptance notification.
No Submission Fee
IJAISSH does not charge any fee for manuscript submission. The APC is only applicable upon acceptance after peer review.
Refund Policy
APCs are non-refundable once the article has been published. If an article is withdrawn by the author(s) after acceptance but before publication, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief.
Fee Waivers
IJAISSH offers fee waivers for authors from low-income and lower-middle-income countries as classified by the World Bank. For details, please see our Waiver Policy.
